A non-refundable processing fee is charged to process online payments using PayPal or a credit card. As of April 2021 it is 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. This applies to all online payments. In exceptional circumstances it may be possible to pay with cheque or cash. Memberships must always be paid online using PayPal or a credit card.

For memberships: Our membership year starts October 1.  A membership bought between April 30 and September 30 is good until October 1 of the following year. Memberships bought after October 1 are not prorated. Memberships are non-refundable.

For events with a sign up fee: All payments are due in advance and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled. In that case, a full refund (including processing fees) is given.

For Whistler condos and WAC: The full cost of the trip is due immediately upon booking and must be paid by credit card. For away trips to Big White and Sun Peaks, the trip is paid in installments on or before the due date. If the club cancels a trip, the full amount (including processing fees) is refunded.


For Big White, Sun Peaks and Whistler condos:

There is no refund to the member after a spot has been purchased.  If for any reasons the member cannot go, the member can try to sell their spot by emailing the club members. It is possible to sell only a part of the trip.

For WAC :

WAC office bills the club 10 days before arrival day, therefore it is possible to accept a cancellation from a member and provide reimbursement, minus credit card fees. If a member cancels inside that 10 days deadline, the member can try and sell their spot by emailing the club members. However, unlike the chalets gender must be taken into consideration. (A single female sharing a room with another woman cannot sell her place to a man.)
