- Accommodation: 6 nights at “At Trails End Chalet” – we will have the entire chalet consisting of 4 bedroom main chalet + 2 bedroom ensuite; 2 kitchens; large living/dining areas in main chalet with great views; hot tub; ski in/ski out to Sunburst Express; sleeps 10 to 12 depending on gender mix. - Cost: $575 per person (accommodation only) based on 10 in chalet
- Availability: Currently full with 10 people; if you would like to add your name to the waiting list, please email the organizer (heatherhf2003@yahoo.ca). There is no cost to be on the waiting list.
- Transport and meals: Arrangements for meals and carpooling will be made closer to the event date
- COVID requirements: 1) must be fully vaccinated (three shots); 2) must not have travelled outside Canada 14 days before start of trip; 3) Request that you not come if you have symptoms of COVID or were in close contact with someone with COVID within 14 days of the trip.
- Refunds: If you have to cancel for any reason, there is no refund but the organizer will help advertise your spot for sale to club and non-club members. Non-club members will be required to pay an additional $25 to the club.
