On Thursday December 15th there will be a snowshoe adventure going up to the Bowen Lookout on Cypress Mountain. We will meet in front of the main Cypress lodge at 10:30 AM on this trip. The route is reasonably flat and it will take about two hours round trip with a short snack break at the lookout. The trail is not difficult, and it is a good one to start off the season. Unless there is a huge dump of snow on our hike day it is quite likely that microspikes will be a good alternative if you do not want to use your snowshoes. Following the trip, we will go for food and coffee at the pop-up cafe at the bottom of the Cypress Mountain road.
